About the Project
The 20-month national project will take place in three Macedonian cities – Skopje, Tetovo and Ohrid. The main aims and objectives of the project are promotion of active inclusion of people in the weakest position on the labour market, strengthening the role of relevant stakeholders for development of social inclusion programs in employment, and raising visibility and awareness in general society on importance of prevention of discrimination in employment.
The key activities of the program are focused to sustainable models for non-discrimination and diversity management in employment, identification and exchange of best practice in the region and in EU. It consists of series of training courses for human rights NGOs, trade unions and employers from our country, a national expert tribune and an international conference on strengthening civic and social dialogue and networking for equal opportunities, and awareness raising campaign on diversity and inclusive society.
This project is funded by the European Union*, and is being implemented by Students' cultural center SKUC from Ljubljana and Women's Alliance from Skopje.
